If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us and are eligible for a refund, you can get your money back no questions asked.

Refunds

Our policy lasts 3 days for eligible products. All refunds are discretionary as determined by WILD AND OUTDOORS LLC. The refund eligibility time starts from the exact date and time of your purchase. If 72 hours have gone by since your purchase of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 3 days after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs. If eligible you will receive a full reimbursement after the approval for refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
